Booking and stay conditions
The reservation, which can be made through the website and the available contacts (tel and email), is considered confirmed by:
- payment of a ADVANCE equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay booked, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card;
- sending the relevant information via email RECEIVED of the advance payment having been made in the case of a bank transfer;
- sending of the data for issuing the certificate by email RECEIPT or INVOICE:
for the PRIVATE: name, surname, residential address, tax code, e-mail address;
for the SOCIETY or ASSOCIATIONS:
- type of entity (capital company, partnership, APS, ASD, other…)
- company name
- registered office address
- VAT number and/or Fiscal Code
- PEC
- Recipient code
At the same time as the reservation is defined, to anticipate the CHECK IN procedures, a form will be sent to be filled in and sent back at least one day before arrival at the Hostel.

Cancellation and payment of reservation
The cancellation conditions of the reservation are as follows:
- Full refund of the advance paid in case of cancellation with at least 30 days prior to the day of arrival, for reservations of the entire structure or entire room;
- Full refund of the advance paid in case of cancellation with at least 15 days prior to the day of arrival for single bed-space reservations;
- Partial refund (50%) of the advance paid in case of cancellation with at least 15 days prior to the day of arrival, for reservations of the entire structure or entire room;
- Partial refund (50%) of the advance paid in case of cancellation with at least 5 days prior to the day of arrival for single bed-space reservations;
- Non-return of the advance paid in case of cancellation in 14 days before arrival, for reservations of the entire structure or entire room;
- Non-return of the advance paid in case of cancellation in 4 days before arrival, for single bed reservations;
the BALANCE of the entire stay must be paid within the day before arrival and at the same time the receipt of payment must be sent to the reference email, only in the case of bank transfer. In the event of early departure or late arrival or missing persons with respect to the reservation, the offer sent and accepted remains unchanged.

If guests wish to extend their stay at the Hostel, they must make a request at least by 10.00 am on the day before their scheduled departure to the reception staff at the Hostel who will assess actual availability.
Breakfast service
It is possible to request the B&B BREAKFAST service. The structure can provide the requested ingredients (through the downloadable form below) for the independent preparation of breakfast.
To choose the ingredients for breakfast, the relevant form must be filled out and sent AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. This way we can ensure that the requested products are available in the refrigerator and pantry.

the check-in is allowed from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. It will be possible to agree directly with the operators, a possible deferred time for the arrival.

Deposit
In case of bookings of the ENTIRE ROOM or ENTIRE STRUCTURE, a security deposit of € 100.00 and € 200.00 is required respectively to guarantee any damage to the structure and/or furnishings; in the absence of damage, the same will be returned at the end of the stay.
